Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we refund or replace it. You do not need to send it back.

Changed your mind

• You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
• Earrings are the exception: for hygiene, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. The 30-day guarantee above still covers them.
• Email support@lucenti.store first, and we send you the return address.
• You pay the return shipping. The return address may be outside the US, so return shipping may be international.
• Once the item arrives back with us, we refund the price you paid for it.
